TaRRAK
Tarrak is a rapper who released his debut album FxGxS in 2016. His debut earned him Koda’s award for talent of the year in 2017, and the same year he received an award from Naalakkersuisut, the Government of Greenland.
In 2019 Tarrak released his second album, Josef Tarrak, which subsequently was adapted into a play starring Tarrak himself. Tarrak has been part of several collaborations, including ÎVA, the EP Polaroid with rapper Peand-eL and most recently the Artic collaboration project Aajuik. In 2023 Tarrak released 3 singles, one of whom was with danish group Suspekt, and the same year he played Roskilde Festival as the first Greenlandic rapper ever.
